My great great great grandfather his name was Mathias Rhodes his wife is Martha "Patsy" Parsons they are bried on Jones Ridge in Roane county if anyone needs imformation on this line i will help as much that i can alot of his people came from Jackson County settled in Mill Creek area.

i know of a George Rhodes and his wife Susan Peters who settled in that area. There was also a Mary Rhodes (b. May 24, 1832 d. June 17, 1893) She married Alexander Harper and settled in Roane County, WV. The only Parson's name I can give you is Mary Parsons. She married John Shafer. Hope this helps.
