I am searching for information on Elias GRADY (Jul 1827 - ? ) and his family, including his son, John Dixon GRADY .... I know John Dixon resided in Roane County and from photographs, believe that Elias died there .... I would like contact from others researching these families.

I am lookiong for any info on George HUNT, born in 1854 in "Virginia" .... He married Sara Jane KILDOW in 1874 at Momouth, Illinois and died in 1903 at Council Bluffs, Iowa .... His children were Frank (born 1873 IL), Edward, Bertha, Blanche, George, Susie, Harriet Roy (1893-1897 Council Bluffs, Iowa), Chester, Bud, William and Eugene.

Would anyone have an idea where Moses V VANHORN and wife Sophia were living in 1900? They are not included in Wes Cochran's Roane County census .... Moses and Sophia were married in 1896 in Roane .... Their oldest daughter was born in 1897 in Schilling and the oldest son, Carl C, was born in 1903 in Spencer .... All other children were born in Roane .... could the census have just missed them?

John Thornton REYNOLDS was a son of Reuben REYNOLDS and Jean TANNER.
Nancy VINEYARD was a daughter of Presley VINEYARD and CYNTHIA HAMMACK. After Nancy died her children went to live with their grandfather, Presley VINEYARD, in Walton, Kanawha/Roane County.

Searching for information on Thomas S PRICE, born Feb 1859 .... The Calhoun County census for 1860 shows him with the Thomas S MAZE family but indicates he is from Roane. The 1870 census shows a Mary Ellen PRICE with the same family, she is 7 years older than Thomas, so I assume she may be his sister .... The only other info I have on this family is from his marriage to Hannah MAZE on 08 Apr 1888, which indicated his father was William PRICE, no mention of his mother .... Medical
